The sample is heated with a water bath and purged with nitrogen. The needle level adjusts automatically and the concentration level is visible through a window with internal lighting. The standard configuration is supplied with 54 installed and 10 spare needles, 1 of 54 position vial rack for 10 mL vial, 54 of 10 mL glass vials and 54 of 10 mL PP vials.
