Product Champion (Technical Sales Position)

Responsibilities

  • Promote Sample Prep and Sample Introduction Instruments and Equipment in designated US territory

  • Support inside sales representative and management in customer service and the North American Sales Manager

  • Ensure excellent customer service and manage and update the CRM

  • Establishing new sales opportunities in an exciting environment with both inside and outside sales responsibilities and working with the manufacturer sales reps

  • Attend and coordinate conferences and vendor shows

  • Generate monthly sales, progress and opportunity reports.

  • Coordinate with manufacturer sales representatives to respond quickly to customer needs, quote requests, info requests and problems

 

 

Qualifications

  • B.S. Degree in Chemistry/Biology or Science field or related experience.

  • Experience with GC/GCMS instrumentation, sample prep, SPE, GPC and wet chemistry methods preferred

  • Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written and proficient with MS Office

  • Prior experience with environmental samples analysis preferred

  • Willingness to continually learn about CDS Analytical and Labtech, our customers and industry experience, preferred

  • Must have a valid drivers license and travel 25% of the time

  • Must be a US citizen to enter US Government sites.
