Operation Assistant

A Full-time job opportunity immediately opens as an Operation Assistant position. This position is entry level and offers the candidate a potential to be promoted to key operation positions within the organization. Trainings in LEAN Operation and Accounting will be provided for career development and growth. The key metrics of this position is to provide management assistance on sales, purchasing, inventory, shipping, accounting and other operational functions.


  • Answer and transfer external and internal phone calls

  • Receive customer orders

  • Issue and login purchase orders

  • Follow account collections

  • Report open Purchase Orders and Sales Orders

  • Data entry into ERP (QuickBooks) system

  • Sort, Scan and File documents in a timely basis

  • Assist Inventory Manager in inventory change and recording

  • Assist Shipping Specialist in documentation

  • Assist Accountant in generating invoices

  • Contribute to operation team in general


Skills and Qualifications

  • Detail oriented and sensitive to numbers

  • Self-driven, self-motivated, and fast learning

  • Computer experience with the Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge in Accounting, bookkeeping and QuickBooks software is preferred

  • Experience in office and administration team is preferred

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Chemistry background is prefered

  • Strong organization skill and problem-solving skill

  • U.S. work authorization is needed
