Pyroprobe 5000 Pyrolyzer
The CDS Pyroprobe® Model 5000 Pyrolyzer is the most advanced pyrolyzer available. Platinum filaments are rapidly heated for pulse pyrolysis work, or slowly heated with controlled rates for programmed analyses. Set temperatures in 1°C increments to 1400°C for a wide heating range and more precise pyrolysis temperatures.
Pyroprobe 5151 Pyrolyzer
The CDS Pyroprobe® Model 5150 Pyrolyzer has all of the featrues of the Pyroprobe 5000 Pyrozyzer plus the following: Cryofocusing Option - produces sharper peaks for early eluting compounds.
Interface: Low-mass programmable zone on 5150 unit allows for desorbing semi-volaties before pyrolyzing the polymer sample.
Model 5200 Pyrolyzer
The CDS Pyroprobe® Model 5200 Pyrolyzer has a built in analytical trap which allows pyrolysis to be performed in a reactant gas. The system can also desord packed sorbent tubes and has an optional dynamic headspace chamber.
Pyroprobe 5200 Pyrolyzer HPR - Micro Reactor
A high-pressure pyrolysis system with a built in catalyst reactor. Scientists studying new material, such as various biomass feed stock, need to understand how these materials break down in a reactor at varying conditions. The high-pressure pyrolyzer allows them to study both high temperature & pressure on a small scale in the lab before undergoing the time and expense of scaling up to a pilot reactor. And in addition, the background gas can be carrier gas or a reactant gas such as air or oxygen.
